Despite favourable studies on effectiveness, many people may still desire to choose traditional campus education for social and cultural reasons. It spans the period between the typically universal compulsory, primary education to the optional, selective tertiary, “postsecondary”, or “higher” education of ISCED 5 and 6 (e.g. university), and the ISCED 4 Further education or vocational school.
